Free delivery to a single location is only entitled on orders valued at $250 and above (before 8% GST). This only applies to standard deliveries.

Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will only be processed during the earliest working day. Do note that the delivery lead time applies only upon payment verification. 

Deliveries are made anytime between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Deliveries can sometimes be made outside of these hours. 

International Deliveries

The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. may use different shipping carriers for larger orders and thus subjected to the prevailing base shipping and fuel charges. The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. will not be responsible for any tariffs, taxes or delay in delivery incurred at respective countries' custom.

How should I store your tea?

Whenever possible, store in an air-tight container (we also have these for sale), away from sunlight, moisture and odours. Exposure to these will cause the tea to deteriorate and lose flavour. You may also wish to store them in your fridge to maintain freshness for as long as possible. However, do note that opening a bag straight from the fridge will result in condensation on the inside of the pack, which, when closed, can then affect the quality of the tea inside.
