Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards to uphold health and food safety standards.

  • Actively promote tea products and upsell to meet retail sales targets.

  • Ensure that tea selection displays are well-stocked, visually appealing and neat.

  • Prepare and serve teas according to brewing standards.
