Rainbow Rooibs Tea Latte (serves 2)
2/3 cup water
4 teaspoons 1872 Clipper Tea Rainbow rooibos
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups milk (use soy milk or almond milk if opting for dairy-free)
2 teaspoons honey
A pinch of cinnamon as a topping
In a sauce pan, boil water and take off heat. Steep rooibos for about 5 minutes. Add honey and vanilla extract.
Heat milk using a saucepan till it simmers. Use a frother to create extra creaminess
Divide rooibos tea into two mugs. Fill to the top with milk and top with a dash cinnamon.
