First Flush Darjeeling
Originating from the high-elevation fields of Darjeeling, India, First Flush Darjeeling is a highly esteemed tea variety known for its exceptional qualities, prized by tea connoisseurs worldwide. Today, the Darjeeling region is home to many renowned tea estates, each producing its own unique variations of the First Flush Darjeeling teas.
Only a relatively small quantity is sourced from its first spring harvest, where the youngest and most delicate tea leaves are carefully handpicked. This flush is known for producing teas with flavours that are often described to be floral and notes hinting at newly sprouted leaves.

Dong Pian Oolong

Its name in Mandarin translates as “winter sprout”, reflecting the distinct cultivation and harvesting methods employed in the tea-growing regions of Nantou County, Taiwan.
During the winter season, the tea bushes undergo slow growth, as cold temperatures and reduced sunlight force the tea leaves to absorb more nutrients from the soil. Only the most tender leaves are selected for plucking, followed by a carefully crafted process that brings forth the desired flavour profile. Its radiant, light gold liquor has a mellow floral-like sweetness and subtle fruity notes of apples.
