How does the tea subscription work?

Choose from a curated selection of handpicked specialty teas, and we will send a different tea your way every month for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Simply choose your preferred subscription plan and the tea selection to begin the joy of discovering new flavours. 

How much tea will I be receiving every month?

Every month, depending on the format of tea that is being shipping, you will be receiving between 30 to 100 grams of a new tea.

  • 24 tea envelope sachets - 48 grams per box
  • 20 tea pyramid sachets - 40 grams per box
  • 30 tea envelope sachets - 60 grams per tin
  • Loose tea leaves - 30 grams to 100 grams per pouch

How am I being charged for my tea subscription plan?

Our subscription plans operate on a prepaid basis, requiring a lump sum payment in advance for durations of 3, 6 or 12 months. With each subscription plan, you can enjoy savings starting from 6% on all your orders.

Will my tea subscription renew automatically after the last shipment?

Our subscription plans do not auto-renew and you may decide to choose whether to continue after the initial duration of 3, 6 or 12 months.

When will my tea subscription be shipped?

The initial shipment of your tea subscription will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days following a successful subscription purchase. Subsequent shipments will be delivered on a monthly basis, aligned with the date of your initial order.

May I purchase a tea subscription and have it shipped overseas?

Our tea subscriptions are limited to local addresses only and cannot be shipped overseas.

Do tea subscription plans qualify for any discounts? 

Further discounts, including the 10% welcome discount, cannot be applied to tea subscription plans.

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

To cancel your tea subscription, please ensure you provide a 72-hour notice prior to the shipment of your next order. Otherwise, the cancellation will be effective starting from the following month.  

Refunds are only issued for the remaining subscription months following a successful cancellation, and this applies to subscriptions that have not yet been processed or shipped.

Am I allowed to switch a tea flavour? 

Substitutions for teas are not permitted, but please note that our tea selections are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
